Visit us in person or browse our product range online to find the right aluminium doors and windows for you. Once you’ve made your selection, submit your enquiry to a member of our team.
Quotation provided
Our team will assess your enquiry and provide you with a quotation based on your requirements. This will include the full cost of the project and an estimated timescale for the completion of the work.
Quotation converted into Invoice
If you are happy with the quotation given, we’ll create an invoice and submit it to the relevant party.
Deposit required to activate job
After we send your invoice, we ask that you pay a deposit so that we can begin work on your project. Failure to submit prompt payment will result in your project being delayed.
Deposit Paid
When the deposit is paid, we’ll book you in for a site measurement appointment with our surveyor. If your job is supply-only, this is the point where technical drawings will be sent off.
Manufacturing proceeds
Our experienced team will then manufacture your product to the highest industry standards. All goods will be fully inspected prior to installation.
Balance payment required before installation or delivery
After manufacturing is complete, you will be required to pay your invoice in full. Once the invoice has been reconciled, we can then schedule your installation or delivery.
Installation or delivery
A member of our team will be in touch to arrange a suitable time for the delivery or installation of your product.
All final paperwork & guarantees are provided
Once you are satisfied with your product and any necessary remedial work has been completed, you will receive a copy of all legal paperwork, including guarantees and insurance documents. If any issues or problems arise following installation, please contact us at your earliest convenience.
